ok I've spent more time on this one than any other one on the site (So far) without joy. I get the first step and decodes the first pass ...thexsecretxpasswordxisx but then the rest of the message doesn't make sense. so i've tried looking for other patterns, none which decode into anything for me. Am I missing something more?

Again the solution changes for every session and consists of 12 random characters.

There may be extra noise in the message...
