So I was having time out issues, the best 1.6sec from my location and it would obviously never pass <1.337sec. In the end I spun up an AWS machine in another region and ran from here, got it first go!
Just an idea if your in a slowish region. If you got a less complicated / faster deployment solution, it would be great to share.
