I have decrypted the message but when I enter the info in the submission form it says I'm incorrect. it also looks like I may be missing a character since the output for the solution is only 11 characters instead of 12.

Given your last sentence, I think I have to agree with the form that your solution is incorrect.

agreed, but I'm not sure why i fully decrypted the rest of the message. the cipher also changes after each submission i have tried it about 10 or so times and still no dice.
